The 2 key rated Parque Cattleya Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa de Troya beach, in the lively resort of Playa de las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife.

The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built over 4 floors overlooking a small pool area, the modern low rise Parque Cattleya complex is a small development of 1 bedroom self catering apartments that are situated with the Las Piramides resort.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 2 electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Parque Cattleya Apartments are welcome to use the facilities of the Las Piramides resort which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Las Piramides resort also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
